Delivery, Set Up, & Late Fee
PNW Party Rentals offers a easy drop off and pick up on all of our equipment. For local deliveries we have a small flat fee of $50. For Orders of $1000 or more we will wave the mileage fee for all out of town deliveries. All others will be subject to a mileage fee. To help us maintain a smooth rental for the next customer, all items must be ready for pick up when we arrive. A Late fee will be added if the items are not ready. The Late fee is a flat $100. We will set all tents up free of charge. If you need help setting up tables and chairs, we can set them up! Setting up tables and chairs starts at $50 depending on how many tables and chairs.
